Construction based Calibration:

ALSI Calibration Procedure
• Check the physical condition of the safe load indicator fitted in the crane
• Check the angel indicator, Boom length, Radius no load, Safe working load in the load display fitted in the crane.
• Calibrated master load cell shall be fitted on the main crane hook.
• Lift the dead weight and check the dead weight value in the master and load cell fitted in the crane.
• By different boom length and radius check the dead weight value in master and safe load indicator fitted in the crane.
• If variations shows between the master load cell and the crane ASLI Meter marked as error load and ALSI repaired by the manufacture and recalibrated by the third party.
